Legions Of The Betrayed by Quo Vadis, from their album Forever… (1996).

Your 90s metal band for today is Quo Vadis and the opening track from Forever… which was their debut album. Always compared to Cryptopsy, who they shared guitarist Alex Auburn with, they deserve just as much respect as Cryptopsy but have yet to receive it. Very technically savvy melodic death metal.
